MUZAFFARGARH, Feb 26 (APP):A middle-aged bike rider was crushed to death after being hit by a speeding tractor trolley near Check Number 250 TDA here on Thursday.
According to Rescue-1122,the deceased was identified as Mohammad Wasay, son of Mohammed Adeel. His body was shifted to THQ Hospital Fatehpur for postmortem.
Local police reached the scene and collected evidence.
Initial investigations confirmed that the accident was caused by over-speeding. The driver of the tractor trolley reportedly fled the scene immediately after the incident.
A case has been registered against the offender, and police have started a search operation to apprehend him.
