RAWALPINDI, Mar 29 (APP):Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Broadcasting, Barrister Danyal Chaudhry has welcomed the high-level consultative meeting held in Islamabad between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, and the Foreign Ministers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Türkiye, terming it a significant step toward de-escalation in the Middle East.
In a statement issued today, he underscored Pakistan’s constructive and proactive role in promoting regional peace and stability.
He noted that successfully bringing together the foreign ministers of key regional actors on a single platform reflects the international community’s confidence in Pakistan’s diplomatic outreach and balanced foreign policy.
Barrister Danyal further stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan remains firmly committed to dialogue, restraint, and peaceful resolution of conflicts. He emphasized that de-escalation and sustained engagement are essential for lasting stability in the region.
