RAWALPINDI, Sep 21 (APP):Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Broadcasting, Barrister Danyal Chaudhry, inaugurated the newly constructed Chaudhry Zumarad Hussain Block at the District Courts (Rawalpindi Kachehri) on Monday to upgrade judicial infrastructure and legal services.
Addressing attending lawyers, Barrister Danyal announced that young lawyers will be provided with state-of-the-art technological facilities and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance their professional capacity and align their practice with global standards.
The ceremony was attended by Rawalpindi Bar Association President Tariq Mehmood Sajid Awan, Vice President Shazia Hashmi, General Secretary Qamar-ul-Haq Niazi, Joint Secretary Ahsan Manjh, former President Raja Nasir, High Court Advocate Shahid Swati, Supreme Court Senior Advocate Malik Israr, Dr Arshad Advocate, Tayyab Pakhral Advocate, Raja Shafique Advocate, and Nadeem Akhtar Bhatti Advocate, along with a large gathering of lawyers.
Barrister Daniyal said that the establishment of IT centers and modern support facilities will enable legal practitioners to leverage AI and digital infrastructure for efficient case management. He added that the rollout of a modern Bar Management System will streamline bar administration, providing an optimized workspace for lawyers and litigants.
