PESHAWAR, Jul 29 (APP):Police in Bannu district on Tuesday arrested a most wanted proclaimed offender during a search operation.
According to police, a comprehensive crackdown is underway across the district against proclaimed offenders under the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Bannu, Saleem Abbas Kalachi.
Station House Officer (SHO) Tariq Mehmood Khan of City Police Station, along with his team, successfully conducted a raid and arrested a dangerous proclaimed offender, Wakhad Khan son of Akhtar, resident of Hanjal Nawab who was wanted in serious cases including murder and attempted murder. He was apprehended along with a Kalashnikov.
The DPO praised the successful operation and commended the SHO and his team, stating that Bannu police will continue their operations against criminal elements with the same spirit and determination.
