KARACHI, Nov 10 (APP):The Banking Mohtasib has provided relief worth Rs 1.46 billion to bank customers by resolving 28,704 complaints during the first 10 months (January to October 2025) of the current year.
According to a statement, Banking Mohtasib Pakistan, Sirajuddin Aziz, urged bank customers to stay vigilant against increasing fraudulent activities and to avoid disclosing their personal or financial information to any third party.
He advised the public not to click on links received from unreliable or unverified sources on mobile phones and, in case of receiving any suspicious calls, to immediately contact their respective bank’s nearest branch or helpline.
The Mohtasib also appealed to citizens to report such suspicious phone numbers to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
