SARGODHA, Oct 31 (APP):Bank Alfalah organised an informative financial literacy session at the Sargodha Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI), focusing on empowering women through better understanding of financial products, loan opportunities, and banking services.
According to the SWCCI spokesperson here on Friday, the session was attended by SWCCI Acting President Sumaira Hurraira,  Executive Member Qaisra Ismail, Ex-Executive Member, Dr. Humaira Azhar, and several other members of the chamber.
During the session, the Bank Alfalah team briefed participants on eigibility criteria and procedures for loan applications, required documentation for loan processing, details of insurance-backed loans and the Prime Minister Youth Loan scheme, online loan application submission and bank selection process and loan repayment structure, including 5 to 8-year terms with 60 installments.
Bank Alfalah representatives emphasized the institution’s ongoing commitment to promoting women’s financial inclusion and empowerment through education and accessibility. The initiative aimed to encourage more women entrepreneurs to avail themselves of banking opportunities and grow their businesses.
Participants engaged actively, raising questions and seeking clarification on banking procedures and loan eligibility.
The event concluded with appreciation from SWCCI members, who lauded Bank Alfalah’s efforts in promoting financial literacy and supporting women-led enterprises in the region.
