SUKKUR, Jul 28 (APP):In a significant operation, the Babarloi police on Monday have successfully intercepted and seized a large quantity of gutka, substandard goods, and smuggled items on the National Highway. One suspect, Nadir Khan Brohi, was arrested and a case has been registered against him.
According to police, the operation was conducted by SHO Qamar Javed Kiyni of Babarloi Police Station based on a tip-off. The police stopped a passenger coach traveling from Quetta to Karachi and recovered 26 packets of gutka, three cartons of substandard milk, three packets of substandard cream, eight pieces of cloth, and one coach.
The suspect confessed to being involved in the transportation of substandard and smuggled goods from Quetta to Karachi. Further investigation is underway.
