ABBOTTABAD, Jan 08 (APP):Ayub Teaching Hospital has released its annual performance report for 2025, highlighting landmark achievements in public healthcare delivery despite limited resources.
During the year, the hospital provided treatment to 1,005,532 patients, carried out 29,022 surgeries, admitted 108,468 patients to wards, and handled 280,151 emergency cases, reflecting its central role in regional healthcare.
According to the report, the hospital conducted a total of 1,803,970 diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in 2025, including angioplasty, angiography, dialysis, ultrasounds, MRI scans, laboratory tests, X-rays, echocardiography, endoscopy, ECT, and screening tests.
The performance underscores Ayub Teaching Hospital’s growing capacity in advanced diagnostics, emergency response, and specialized care for patients from Hazara Division, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and adjoining areas.
