ATTOCK, Nov 5 (APP):Three people, including a woman, were killed, and ten others injured in separate incidents across Attock on Wednesday. According to the sources of Attock police and rescue 1122, the first incident occurred on the Islamabad-Peshawar motorway, where a trailer collided with a passenger van, killing a female passenger and injuring six others, two critically.
In a separate incident, a 22-year-old man, Yasir Khan, was shot dead by unknown assailants in village Golra. Khan was intercepted by two masked men and shot three times, dying on the spot. Police registered a case and launched an investigation.
A motorcyclist, Muhammad Riaz, was crushed to death by a speeding car near Ghazi interchange, while four teenage school boys were injured, two critically, in a motorcycle collision on Kohat road. The injured were shifted to local hospitals for treatment.
Police registered separate cases and launched investigations into the incidents, aiming to bring perpetrators to justice and ensure public safety.
