Anjuman Tajran gives Rs 1mln to police for rehabilitation of drug addicts: SSP

QUETTA, Jul 10 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operation Quetta Muhammad Baloch on Wednesday said that the representatives of Anjuman Tajran have given funds Rs one million to the police for the rehabilitation of drug addicts which was admirable initiatives.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting regariding drug addicts.
The meeting was attended by Focal Person for Narcotics DIG Ali Sher Jakhrani along with the President of Central Anjuman Tajran Registered Balochistan Abdul Rahim Kakar Dad shopping center and other officials.
During the meeting, for the treatment of drug addicts in the rehabilitation center, the president of Anjuman Tajran, Abdul Rahim Kakar Dad the owner of the shopping center and other businessmen donated one million rupees for the treatment of drug addicts.
On this occasion, the SSP said that just as the representatives of Anjuman Tajran have given funds to the police for the rehabilitation of drug addicts.
Similarly, if the businessmen and other philanthropists of the province also cooperate, by ensuring the treatment of drug addicts from the society, such people can be made useful men of the society, he said.
The shopping center owner assured the SSP operation that the rehabilitation and treatment of drug addicts would be continued and to play a role for the betterment of the city.
