RAWALPINDI, Jun 18 (APP):The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), conducting three operations across the country, recovered as many as 37.8 kilograms of drugs worth more than Rs 4.356 million and arrested six suspects, including two women, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman on Wednesday.
He informed that 12 kgs of hashish were recovered from a vehicle near RCD Road, Hub and two accused, including a woman, were arrested.
In another operation, 6 kgs of hashish and 5 kgs of ice were seized near Islamabad Motorway Toll Plaza, and two suspects, including a woman, were apprehended.
As many as 12 kgs of hashish and 2.8 kgs of ice were recovered from two suspects near Sher Shah Toll Plaza, Multan.
Cases have been registered against the arrested suspects under the Narcotics Control Act, and further investigations are underway.
