RAWALPINDI, Oct 15 (APP):The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), conducting 3 operations across the country, recovered as many as 175.8 kilograms of hashish worth more than Rs 13.1 million and arrested 7 suspects, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman on Wednesday.
He informed that 126 kg of hashish was recovered from a vehicle near Sidhar Bypass, Faisalabad Road and 2 suspects were arrested on the spot.
In another operation,45 kg of hashish was recovered from a rickshaw near Jabal-e-Noor Bus Stand, Quetta and 3 suspects were arrested.
As many as 4.8 kg of hashish was recovered from a vehicle near Mandara Toll Plaza, GT Road, Rawalpindi and 2 suspects were arrested.
Cases have been registered against the arrested suspects under the Narcotics Control Act, and further investigations are underway.
