LAHORE, Nov 02 (APP):Ameer-ud-Din Medical College (AMC) has announced its first-ever flagship conference focusing on character development and practical life skills for medical students, titled “Chiragh-e-Rah.” The event is scheduled to take place on November 4 under the theme “Amal Sey Zindagi Banti Hai.”
According to the AMC spokesperson on Sunday, the conference aims to bring together students from AMC and other medical institutions, offering them valuable insights for both academic and professional growth. The event will be presided over by Principal AMC, Prof. Dr. Farooq Afzal, while prominent medical experts and distinguished scholars from across the country will participate as speakers. They will guide students on professional ethics, practical training, and the principles of success in medical and personal life.
Speaking about the initiative, Prof. Dr. Farooq Afzal said that the core objective of the Chiragh-e-Rah Conference is to instill strong character, ethical values, and a sense of social responsibility among students. He emphasized that AMC aims to produce not only competent medical professionals but also individuals who play a positive and constructive role in society.
He further added that the conference would provide participants with deep insights into achieving success through practical engagement, moral principles, and social service. “This conference serves as an inspiring and purposeful platform for medical students to gain wisdom, practical experience, and professional guidance that will help shape their future careers,” he remarked.
