PESHAWAR, Sep 21 (APP):The Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) conducted a zero visit to FATA University as part of the accreditation process for its allied health sciences programmes, reviewing the academic, teaching and practical facilities available for students.
The AHPC team met Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Mohsin Nawaz and discussed the proposed programmes, accreditation requirements and the university’s arrangements for providing professional education and practical training.
The university gave the visiting team a detailed briefing on its allied health sciences programmes, faculty, academic structure, classrooms, laboratories, student facilities and other infrastructure.
The team also inspected the relevant departments and facilities, including classrooms and laboratories, and reviewed arrangements for practical training and other academic requirements linked to the proposed programmes.
Prof Dr Mohsin Nawaz briefed the team on the university’s preparations and future plans for allied health sciences education and said the institution was committed to providing quality education aligned with the requirements of the professional sector.
He said the programmes would equip students with modern knowledge and provide them with opportunities for practical training to enhance their professional skills.
