ADR mechanism to boost public trust, SP Industrial Area tells ADRC
ISLAMABAD, Apr 15 (APP):Chairman Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee (ADRC) Tayyab Nawaz Malik, along with his delegation, met SP Industrial Area Muhammad Hasnain to review the role of mediation in resolving public issues.
An official told APP on Wednesday that the meeting discussed the active role of the reconciliation (mediation) committee in the Industrial Area Zone and ways to further strengthen its effectiveness.
SP Hasnain appreciated the performance of the ADRC and directed officials to resolve public complaints in a courteous, transparent and impartial manner.
Hasnain emphasized that effective implementation of the mediation system would not only reduce the burden on courts but also strengthen trust between citizens and police.
He said both sides agreed to utilize all available resources to promote community policing and ensure the timely resolution of public grievances.
