DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Jan 16 (APP):Additional Deputy Commissioner(ADC) Bannu, Ameen Ullah Khan paid a surprise visit to various offices to review services and facilities provided to citizens.
According to the district administration, these offices included the driving license office, agriculture office, and the newly constructed service delivery center.
During the visit, he inspected various sections and checked the staff attendance besides reviewing the services and facilities provided to the public.
He instructed the staff to prioritize resolving the issues of the applicants promptly.
The ADC also met with the applicants present in the offices and inquired about the services provided and any issues they were facing. He issued immediate orders to resolve these concerns on-site.
At the end of the visit, Ameen Ullah Khan informed the applicants that if they had any complaints, they could directly contact the commissioner of Bannu Division, the DC, or him personally, in order to further improve public services.
