MUZAFFARGARH, Oct 21 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Kot Addu, Syed Munawwar Abbas Bukhari, on Tuesday visited a 900-kanal site on the outskirts of the city selected for the development of a sports complex, and directed concerned officials to submit a detailed report along with design plans to ensure early initiation of the project.
Highlighting the importance of the initiative, DC Bukhari noted that Kot Addu, recently declared a district after being carved out of Muzaffargarh, is a less developed area that requires modern public facilities to accelerate its growth.
The proposed sports complex at Chak 527-TDA is expected to provide state-of-the-art facilities for the youth of the region and significantly boost local sports activities.
“This will be a valuable venue for our youth and will play a vital role in promoting a healthy sporting culture in Kot Addu,” said DC Bukhari during the visit.
