MANSEHRA, Jul 14 (APP):A dignified ceremony was held at the Police Training School Mansehra to mark the 47th Passing Out Parade, where 523 recruits, including 499 male and 24 female constables from the Hazara region, officially completed their police training.
The event was graced by DIG Training Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Abdul Ghafoor Afridi as the chief guest. Among other notable attendees were DPO Mansehra Shafiullah Gandapur, SP City Resham Jahangir, district administration officials,senior police officers,members of civil society, media representatives, the families of the passing-out recruits, and the families of police martyrs and veterans.
Under the supervision of Director Police Training School Mansehra Niaz Gul Khan, the recruits showcased impressive demonstrations of parade, martial arts, and Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) drills, reflecting the rigorous training they had undergone.
Following the successful completion of their training, the recruits pledged loyalty to Pakistan and its Constitution. They vowed to serve with sincerity, impartiality, and integrity, to uphold the law, and to protect the dignity of citizens while adhering strictly to police conduct.
Awards were distributed among outstanding male and female recruits in categories such as Best in Parade, Best in Law, and Best in Firearms. The awards were jointly presented by DIG Training Abdul Ghafoor Afridi and DPO Mansehra Shafiullah Gandapur.
In his address, DIG Afridi congratulated the newly graduated constables and described the passing out parade as a proud milestone. He expressed confidence that the young officers would uphold the values of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and serve the public with honor, professionalism, and dedication.
