SARGODHA, Sep 12 (APP):The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) wasted 460-kg unhygienic meat during a special operation launched on Thursday.
According to the PFA press release, a team of the authority raided
two meat storage units at Shaheenabad, Khushab, and found 460-kg unhygienic
meat.
The team discarded the meat and got registered cases against owners of the
storage units.
The PFA officials said that all possible efforts were being made to ensure
availability of good quality food items to the masses.
