300 bags of fake fertilizers seized, three outlaws booked

MULTAN, Oct 01 (APP):The Agriculture Department claimed to have seized 300 bags of fake fertilizers, a monetary value exceeding Rs 3.6 million during a raid, here on Sunday.
According to official sources, working on tip off,  Assistant Fertilizer Controller Allah Rakha Sindhu set up a picket in the limits of Basti Malook Police station. He intercepted a truck (QAD-859) and seized 300 bags of fertilizers.
He inspected invoices and the weight of the bags.
The weight of the bags was low as compared to standard and it was a violation.
The officials sent samples to the lab for analysis.
The case was registered against the owner Ali Aakash, Muhammad Kashif (the partner), and the driver of the truck Qaisar. The fertilizer was being transported to Ahmed Pur East from Multan.
