SIALKOT, Oct 09 (APP):Government College Women University Sialkot (GCWUS) continues to shine on the global stage as three outstanding students have been selected for the
prestigious Aspire Leaders Program – Cohort 5, an international leadership
development initiative founded by Harvard University faculty members.
According to the varsity spokesman, he said the selected students are Hafiza
Marukh – MS Economics (3rd Semester) Mayraal Saifullah – BS English
(7th Semester) and Tahreem Ashfaq – BBA (5th Semester).
This fully funded global program provides participants with access to lectures
by world-renowned professors, interactive masterclasses, professional skill
development, global networking opportunities with students from over 150 countries,
and funded internship placements.
Prof Dr Shazia Bashir, Vice Chancellor GC Women University Sialkot, congratulated
the students on this remarkable achievement, expressing immense pride and joy.
She stated that the accomplishment was a testament to their hard work, leadership
potential, and the university’s unwavering commitment to nurturing globally competitive
women leaders.
She emphasized that such achievements reflect the university’s vision of empowering
its students to excel beyond borders and represent Pakistan with distinction.
