RAWALPINDI, Oct 16 (APP):The Rawalpindi Police have arrested three suspected drug peddlers and recovered more than 11 kilograms of hashish in separate operations carried out in different areas of the city.
According to a police spokesman on Thursday, the New Town Police nabbed a major supplier and seized 8.4 kilograms of hashish from his possession.
Similarly, the Ratta Amral Police apprehended one suspect with 1.7 kilograms of hashish, while the Chaklala Police held another accused following the recovery of 1.34 kilograms of the contraband.
The spokesman added that the police were determined to continue operations against drug dealers to curb the supply of narcotics in the district.
