FAISALABAD, Jul 09 (APP):City Samundri police have busted a dacoit gang by arresting its three active members and recovered 6 looted motorcycles and other items from their possession.
Police spokesman said here on Wednesday that SHO City Samundri police station Najam-ul-Hasan on a tip-off conducted raids and succeeded in arresting three outlaws of a gang including ring leader Asfand, Zahid and Ali Raza who were wanted to the police in 16 cases of dacoity, robbery, etc.
The police recovered 6 motorcycles, 4 mobile phones, cash of Rs.1 million, illicit weapons and other items from their possession while further investigation was under progress, he added.
