RAWALPINDI, Jul 24 (APP):The Rawalpindi Police on Thursday nabbed 22 law breakers, including liquor suppliers, illegal arm owners and Tenancy Act violators, from different areas.
According to a police spokesman, five liquor suppliers were held on the recovery of 50 litres of the commodity.
The Banni and Waris Khan Police detained two accused each with 30 litres and 15 litres of liquor respectively. The Westridge Police also recovered 5 litres of liquor from an accused.
Meanwhile, seven accused were taken into custody for having illegal weapons and ammunition.
Actions against the detained were taken in the areas of Waris Khan, Sadiqabad, R A Bazaar and Dhamial police stations.
The police also detained 10 suspects for violating the Tenancy Act in operations carried taken in the areas of Ganjmandi, Sadiqabad, Cantt and Morgah.
