MUZAFFARGARH, Jul 13 (APP):As many as 15 shopkeepers were booked on charges of profiteering in Muzaffargarh on Saturday.
According to official sources, 28 Price Control Magistrates inspected 3083 shops during last two days and imposed fine Rs 367,000 on the shopkeepers involved in profiteering. Similarly, cases were registered against 15 shopkeepers.
According to Deputy Commissioner Mian Usman Ali, nobody will be allowed to extract undue money from masses. He directed the Price Control Magistrates to take strict action against the profiteers.
