137 constables promoted in Lahore Police

LAHORE, Jul 23 (APP):The Lahore Police on Wednesday promoted 137 constables to the rank of head constable in a move aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing professional development within the force.
The promotions were approved by the Departmental Promotion Board chaired by DIG (Administration) Imran Kishwar. SSP (Discipline) Muhammad Kashif Aslam and SP (Headquarters) Munazza Karamat were also part of the board.
According to a police spokesperson, a total of 123 constables from the C-1 Wing and 14 from the C-2 Wing were promoted. The promoted personnel serve in different divisions, including operations, investigation and security.
Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana congratulated the promoted officers and expressed confidence in their abilities to perform their new duties with diligence. He stated that timely promotion is a fundamental right of every police employee and contributes to improving institutional performance.
DIG Imran Kishwar urged the newly promoted head constables to fulfill their duties with greater responsibility and professionalism. He stressed the importance of capacity building and encouraged the officers to complete their mandatory training for future advancement.
