LAHORE, Jul 29 (APP):Punjab Police intensified their anti-narcotics crackdown across the province, including Lahore, conducting 186 raids and arresting 105 drug dealers during past 24 hours.
A police spokesperson said on Tuesday that during the operations, authorities recovered 42-kg hashish, two kilograms of ice, seven-kg heroin and 1,065 liters of liquor from them.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr Usman Anwar ordered special operations against drug dealers and smugglers to be expedited. He directed strict legal action against all suspects involved in the drug supply chain.
