SINGAPORE, Nov 12 (APP): Pakistan’s Deputy High Commissioner and Charge d’Affaires Salman Mehmood on Wednesday inaugurated Pakistan Pavilion at Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) 2025, urging the participating firms to make full use of platform to forge international partnerships and attract investment.
The deputy high commissioner, speaking at the inauguration ceremony, commended the participation of Pakistani fintech companies and encouraged them to highlight Pakistan’s rapidly advancing technological capabilities.
A delegation of six leading Pakistani fintech companies is representing the country at this year’s festival, underscoring Pakistan’s growing role as an emerging player in the global fintech landscape.
Their participation reflects Pakistan’s commitment to engaging with Singapore’s vibrant fintech ecosystem and strengthening its footprint in the global digital economy.
Running from November 12 to 14, 2025, the Singapore FinTech Festival is one of the world’s largest gatherings of financial technology leaders, innovators, investors, regulators, and policymakers.
This year’s edition features over 600 exhibitors and 41 international pavilions, offering a dynamic platform to explore the latest developments in fintech, digital finance, and emerging technologies.
Organized annually, the SFF serves as a hub for impactful connections and collaborations, where participants discuss the future of finance at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and technology.
