MOSCOW, Nov 12 (APP):Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Russia, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi on Wednesday underscored that strengthening business-to-business and people-to-people contacts between Pakistan and Russia would be priority of his work.
The Ambassador visited the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency while on visit to Kazan. Along with other Ambassadors of Islamic countries, Ambassador Tirmizi was briefed about the investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ambassador Tirmizi emphasized that Pakistan is committed to develop relations with the Russian Federation, including inter-regional cooperation, especially with the Republic of Tatarstan, as there are many similarities and shared values.
Ambassador Tirmizi is on a visit to Kazan to attend the International Festival of National Cultures “Russia-East” (“Eastern Bazaar in Kazan”).
