ISLAMABAD, May 21 (APP): Ambassador of Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates Faisal Niaz Tirmizi Wednesday stressed for organizing a regional logistics forum in Pakistan to boost country’s logistics industry.
The ambassador expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation from Global Logistics Alliance (GLA) and Logistics Mode Pvt Ltd (LMP) on the sidelines of the 12th GLA Logistics Forum in Dubai, a press release said.
The delegation comprised Grace President and Founder GLA, Malik Project Director GLA, Zeeshan Group Director LMP and Suleman Jazib LMP Dubai.
During the meeting, Grace expressed gratitude to the ambassador for his keynote speech at the GLA Forum, highlighting the importance of bilateral relations between China and Pakistan, as well as Pakistan’s strategic role in regional logistics and supply chain.
The ambassador’s encouragement for the regional logistics forum underscored Pakistan’s commitment to promoting the country’s economic growth and development.
The ambassador lauded GLA’s and LMP’s contribution to the logistics industry, particularly noting LMP’s win of the “Best Contribution Award” at the 12th GLA Conference.
Ambassador Tirmizi and Grace commended LMP’s role in freight forwarding and logistics industry in Pakistan and the UAE.
