RAC making efforts to develop budding talent through training courses

RAWALPINDI, Nov 16 (APP): Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) is making efforts to identify and develop budding talent through training and courses in visual and performing art.
An official of RAC told APP that the basic aim of the Council is to build an environment conducive to the flourishing of the Art where linked techniques are accessible to every mature and immature art lover.
“The Council focuses on four sections of Art and Culture to achieve its goals i.e. Fine Arts, Literature, Music and Drama,” he added.
He said that regional languages, Art and Culture are the precious heritage of the Punjab province which are being preserved, patronized and promoted by this Council with their true essence.
Being the Divisional organization, Rawalpindi Arts Council is determined to enrich the traditional cultural heritage.
Ch Muhammad Asif Pervaiz Executive Director Punjab Council of the Arts, said that the culture of Punjab province is rich and full of talent only thing that it requires is a streamlined platform that we are trying our best to give through Punjab Council of the Arts and its divisional arts councils like Rawalpindi Arts Council, Murree Arts Council, Sargodha Arts Council, Gujranwala Arts Council, Faisalabad Arts Council, Bahawalpur Arts Council, Multan Arts Council and Dera Ghazi Khan Arts Council.
