RAWALPINDI, July 18 (APP): Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) arranged a variety programme in connection with National Action Plan with the collaboration of Cultural Theatre.
MPA Raja Hanif Advocate accompanied by Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed was chief guest at event held on Sunday night.
The artists Masud Khawaja, Arshad Khan, Naeem Bubba, Pomy Qureshi, Naeem Tota and others performed on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Raja Hanif said that Pakistanis were pacifist and patriotic no matter what religion they have.
He said, “We should not forget those soldiers who are fighting against terrorism and saved our generation.”
Waqar Ahmed also paid tribute to security forces and said a number of artists were present at the auditorium which was a good effort of Munawar Afridi.
