RAWALPINDI, Oct 21 (APP): In connection with National Action Plan, Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) has arranged a stage play for the residents of the twin cities “Meri Biwi Muje Mianon” to highlight social dilemma.
The play was written by Yar Muhammad and directed by Masud Khawaja.
The play revolves around a person who has to tell a lie for hundred times to conceal a lie.
Famous artists Masud Khawaja, Yar Muhammad, Saeed Anwar, Saleem Afandi, Lubna Shahzadi, Sapna Shah, Jhalak Ali, Imran Rushdi, Ismail Bashir were included in the main cast of the drama.
Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed was also present on the occasion.
He appreciated efforts of the artists of the play which was full of comedy besides a lesson.
