ISLAMABAD, Aug 12 (APP): Pakistan Post is issuing a
commemorative stamp on the occasion of 70th Independence Day of Pakistan to pay tribute to prominent social worker late Abdul Sattar Edhi.
The stamp will be valued at Rs 20 and its design is based on
the pencil sketch done by renowned painter Saeed Akhtar.
The commemorative stamp will be unveiled at a ceremony on August 14 in Karachi at 9 a.m.
The officials of Pakistan Post, philatelists and people from
different walks of life will attend the ceremony.
