Open air sculpture exhibition on Friday

ISLAMABAD, Oct 28 (APP): A two-day open air sculpture exhibition of
group of artists will start here on Friday by Satrang Gallery in collaboration with the Embassy of Switzerland.
The exhibition titled ‘Garden of Making’ will be arranged at embassy’s
venue, focusing on the sculptors’ practice exploring and fusing the relationship between art and life, reality and invention.The artists participated in the show included, Akif Khan, Amna
Ilyas,Idrees Hanif,Imran Hunzai, Jamshaid Iqbal, Karim Ahmad, Nageen Yousaf Chaudhry, Nazir Ahmad, Ramla Fatima Kazmi, Saud Baloch, Shoaib Wazir, Umar Nawaz and Waqas Amjad According to a statement issued here Wednesday, each of the 12
artists has produced sculptures for this exhibition, yet their individual styles and preferred mediums are unique. The artists have used their imaginative concepts in accordance with the space which gives a chance to see the sculptures in this natural setting, the statement said.
