KARACHI, Sept 20 (APP): Two Korean cultural events are being organized in the metropolis on September 21 and 22.
This was announced by the Consul General of the Republic of Korea, Kim Donggi on Monday night.
He said that these include a food festival called ‘Taste of Korea’ on September 21 and a ‘Music and Friendship Night’ on September 22.
The Consul General was of the view that ‘these cultural events will promote mutual understanding and strengthening the friendly relationship between Republic of Korea and Pakistan’.
He said that on September 21 the Korean food would be introduced.
For the musical event a famous Korean musician would be invited from Italy to perform here on September 22.
At the musical event the Korean artist would also present the popular Pakistan national song ‘Jeeway Jeeway Pakistan.’
The Korean musician invited from Italy has been performing opera there and will be a part of the 10-member cultural troupe performing in Karachi on September 22, the Consul General added.
