Iftikhar Qaiser remembered on ninth death anniversary
ISLAMABAD, Sep 17 (APP):Acclaimed actor, writer and poet Iftikhar Qaiser was remembered on his ninth death anniversary on Thursday.
The legendary artist worked in Urdu, Pashto and Hindko dramas on Pakistan Television for more than forty years and received the Presidential Pride of Performance Award for his outstanding work.
He was particularly known for his dialogue “Ab Main Boloon Ke Na Boloon” from Mukhtar Ali Nayyar’s comedy Hindko show aired during the late 1980s and 1990s.
Qaiser died on September 17, 2017, in Peshawar after a prolonged illness, leaving behind a rich legacy of memorable performances and valuable contributions to the entertainment industry.
