ISLAMABAD, Apr 6 (APP):Famous singer Attaullah Esa Khelvi had pardoned the apprehended man for spreading rumour of the his death at social media on Saturday.
“I have forgiven the resident of Tonsa Sharif who spread a fake news of my
demise a couple of days ago,” he said.
He strongly condemned the inappropriate deed of the alleged as it had escalated anxiety among his fans who were already praying for his health, a private news channel reported.
The renowned artist said he was grateful to all his fans for carrying good wishes for him.
Government must introduce a law to control such fake and outlandish material on social media and stern actions should be taken against the violators, he demanded.
In future any such culprit should be dealt according to law to discourage those who disseminate false information, he added.
