ISLAMABAD, May 2 (APP):A grand “Documentary Competition on Thalassemia Awareness’ was held here at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Thursday.
The event was organized by Marketinoo International in collaboration with Jamia Sultana Foundation and Health Ministry to mark “International Thalassemia Day”.
Jamila Sultana Foundation is an NPO affliated with thalassemia international federation, Punjab Blood bank association.
This competition was aim to create awareness about thalassemia and it’s precaution test before marriage so that no new born baby can have thalassemia .
Cash prizes were also distributed among the winners of the competition. Best Documentary will be playing in every University on thalassemia awareness.
