Children folk troupe to perform at Faiz Festival

ISLAMABAD, Nov 9 (APP): National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) children folk troupe would perform at Faiz Festival in Lahore on November 20 to 22.
The four-day festival would be started at Alhamra Halls in Lahore on November 19.
The Faiz Foundation has been organizing the events in the great poet’s
name for many years and with the festival, it aims at taking its cause to the international level.Faiz was an influential intellectual and revolutionary poet, who wrote
in Urdu, Punjabi and English. Having received the Lenin Peace Prize in 1962, he was nominated for the Nobel Prize for literature four times.
