ISLAMABAD, Oct 23 (APP): The Austrian Embassy in collaboration
with the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) would organize
performance Austrian music band “Nifty’s” here on Monday.
The event would be organized in connection with celebrations
of Austrian National Day.
Nifty’s is a Kelezmer (musicians)-jazz band formed 1999 in Austria. Their music can be described as a mixture of klezmer and
eastern european folklore, spiced up with elements of modern music
such as ‘dub and ska’.
An official of PNCA told APP that a large number of music lovers from twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi would participate in the event.
