ISLAMABAD, Sep 27 (APP): Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) in collaboration with Embassy of the People’s Republic of China would organize an event to celebrate its 67th Anniversary of Founding day at PNCA auditorium on September 28.
In the event the hunan Art Ensemble and China and national performing art group would perform to mark a day, a press release said.
The Chinese Cultural Troupe from China would show solidarity with the people of Pakistan to further strengthen Pak-China Friendship.
The Chinese Cultural Troupe will stage their performance at Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) that include Chinese songs, dance and artistic shows for Pakistani Nation.
The National Day of the People’s Republic of China is a public
holiday in there to celebrate their national day, and is celebrated annually on October 1.
The Central People’s Government passed the resolution on the national day of China on December 2, 1949 and declared that October 1 is the ‘National Day’.
The national day is celebrated throughout mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau with a variety of government-organized festivities, including fireworks and concerts.
Public places, such as Tiananmen Square in Beijing, are decorated in a festive theme. Portraits of revered leaders, such as Mao Zedong, are publicly displayed in China.
The officials of PNCA and Embassy of the People’s Republic of China would attend the event.
