TDAP, PGMEA discuss measures to boost glove exports

SIALKOT, Jun 29 (APP): Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Deputy Manager Waqar Rasool on Monday visited the Pakistan Gloves Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PGMEA).
PGMEA management accorded a warm welcome to him.
During the discussions held at PGMEA, PGMEA Chairman Annas Raheel underscored the need for subsidies to support participation in international fairs and trade delegations.
He emphasized that such initiatives were vital for boosting glove exports and recommended that key international exhibitions be incorporated into TDAP’s Annual Business Plan for 2026–2027.
The meeting was marked as highly productive, laying a strong foundation for collaborative efforts between TDAP and PGMEA to enhance the competitiveness and global visibility of Pakistan’s glove industry.
