Shipping Activity at Port Qasim
KARACHI, Jun 10 (APP):Five ships, Al-Bert-P, OBE Dinares, Chem Star, Key Sonority and Qilin Zuo scheduled to load/offload Container, Rice/Cement, Palm oil, Soya Bean Seed and Mogas, berthed at Qasim International Container Terminal, Multi-Purpose Terminal-1, Liquid Cargo Terminal, Grain Terminal and FOTCO oil Terminal on Tuesday.
Meanwhile three more ships, Safeen Power, Bolan and Pantazis-L also arrived at outer anchorage during last 24 hours.
A total of nine ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them two ships, Xin Hai Tong-50 and Bermondi left the port on Wednesday morning.
Meanwhile a containers ship ‘Al-Bert-P’ expected to sail on Wednesday.
Cargo volume of 33,044 tones comprising 27,895 tones imports cargo and 5,149 export cargo was handled at the port during last 24 hours.
There are 16 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them three ships, Safeen Power, African Finfoot and Apageon carrying Container and Coal are expected to take berths QICT, PIBT and MW-4 respectively on Wednesday
