Shipping Activity at Port Qasim
KARACHI, Apr 07 (APP):Five ships, Ocean Helios, Nilos, Carallo-I, Lucky Chem and Jahan Brothers-II with Steel Coil, Soya Bean Seed, Gasoline, Chemicals and Coal also arrived at outer anchorage during last 24 hours.
Four ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them two ships, Grampus Dignity and Propel Wisdom expected to sail on Tuesday.
Cargo volume of 37,454 tones comprising 34,296 tones imports cargo and 3,158 export cargo was handled at the port during last 24 hours.
Thirteen ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them two ships, Ocean Helios and Lucky Chem & two more ships, Xin Ao Tai and Stephanie-C with Steel Coil, Chemicals, Palm oil and Containers are expected to take berth’s MW-1, EVTL, LCT and QICT on Tuesday.
