SCCI, Dutch Embassy discuss trade and investment cooperation

The leadership of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) held a productive meeting with a delegation from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral trade, investment, and sustainable economic cooperation.

SIALKOT, Aug 05 (APP): The leadership of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) held a productive meeting with a delegation from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral trade, investment, and sustainable economic cooperation.
The meeting was attended by Syed Ahtesham Mazhar, President SCCI, Muhammad Murad Arshad, Senior Vice President (SVP) SCCI, and Salman Sheikh, Vice President (VP) SCCI.
The Dutch delegation comprised Hajo Provo Kluit, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Pakistan, along with the Embassy’s Economic Affairs and Climate Change Officer.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, with a particular focus on strengthening trade and investment ties between Pakistan and the Netherlands. Discussions also covered sustainable industrial development, climate-related initiatives, and opportunities to enhance collaboration between the Dutch Embassy and the Sialkot business community.
The participants reaffirmed their commitment to fostering stronger economic relations and exploring new avenues of cooperation aimed at promoting sustainable growth, innovation, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
