ISLAMABAD, Dec 5 (APP): The Rupee on Friday appreciated by 03 paisa against the US Dollar in interbank trading and closed at Rs280.42 compared to the previous day’s closing at Rs280.45.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the Dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 281.3 and Rs 283.2, respectively.
The price of the Euro decreased by 10 paisa to close at Rs 327.07, from the previous day’s close of Rs 327.17, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen went up by 01 pasia to close at Rs 1.81, whereas the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed an increase of Rs0.27 and closed at Rs 374.39 compared to the previous day’s Rs 374.12.
The exchange rate of the Emirates Dirham came down by 01 paisa and closed at Rs76.35, while the Saudi Riyal remained stagnant to close at Rs 74.72.
