Rupee gains 03 paisa against Dollar
ISLAMABAD, Sep 11 (APP):The Rupee on Friday appreciated by 03 paisa against the US Dollar in interbank trading and closed at Rs277.32, compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs277.35.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 278.05 and Rs 278.55, respectively.
The price of the Euro against the rupee decreased by Rs 1.02 and closed at Rs 321.70 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 322.72, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen remained unchanged at Rs 1.80, whereas the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed a decrease of Rs1.11 and closed at Rs 374.63 compared to the previous day’s Rs 375.74.
The exchange rates of the Emirate Dirham and the Saudi Riyal came down by 01 paisa each to close at Rs75.50 and Rs73.85, respectively.
