Memon for enhancing collaboration between PMYP professionals in UAE

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP):Shaheryar Memon, Focal Person for Overseas Affairs and Business and Trade Linkages at the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) has stressed to enhance collaboration between the PMYP and the Consulate for the empowerment of overseas Pakistani youth, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Shaheryar Memon, Focal Person for Overseas Affairs and Business and Trade Linkages at the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) has met with the Consul General of Pakistan to UAE, H.E., Hussain Muhammad in Dubai to discuss enhanced collaboration between the PMYP and the Consulate for the empowerment of overseas Pakistani youth, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the UAE, said a release issued here.

During the meeting, both sides deliberated on establishing structured linkages to support Pakistani youth in Pakistan and abroad — including initiatives focused on business facilitation, startup initiatives, professional networking, and diaspora investment channels.
Mr. Memon briefed the Consul General on PMYP’s vision to create global youth partnerships, linking skilled Pakistanis overseas with development and innovation opportunities in Pakistan.
The Consul General appreciated PMYP’s efforts to engage the overseas community and expressed full support for joint initiatives that promote Pakistan’s soft image and economic diplomacy in the region.
Both sides agreed to continue close coordination between the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and the Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai, to transform these ideas into actionable programmes in the coming months.
