Gold prices fall by Rs1,800 per tola
ISLAMABAD, Sep 22 (APP):The prices of gold witnessed a decline in the local market on Tuesday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola falling by Rs1,800 to settle at Rs455,736, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs1,543 to Rs390,720, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined by Rs1,414 to Rs358,173.
In the international market, the price of gold fell by $18 to $4,332 per ounce, the association reported.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs62 to settle at Rs7,038, while the price of 10 grams of silver also dropped by Rs54 to stand at Rs6,033.
The price of silver in the international market fell by $0.62 to settle at $65.60 per ounce, the association added.
